As some of you have noticed I haven’t been putting the hours of training in the gym lately that I usually do. I decided a few weeks ago I would start from scratch and do a “fat man challenge”! So I haven’t been doing any training and let my diet go a bit.
I have been still doing my classes and playing football but aside from these I have been doing little. I don’t encourage people to do the first part of my challenge but highly recommend the second part of getting fit, dropping body fat and looking after your diet!
I will update more on my stats and goals just before I start my training again!
Lately I have been injured so have to recover before I start back training (could be due to a lack of exercise!) . So once my back is better join me on a 8 week better body!!
