8 Weeks To Fitness

8 Weeks to Fitness is taking where you are at now and improving your ability over the course of 8 weeks.

Special offer consists of 2 x Vo2 tests with Health Matters and 3 x One-to-One Personal Training Sessions with myself.

On your first session you take a Vo2 Max test, this will determined your current level of fitness and a training plan will be drawn up for you on the day. Then once every two weeks for a 6 week period you have a one-to-one Personal Training sessions to build on your goals and improve your overall body. After your three sessions you are re-tested on the Vo2 test and results compared to your first outing.

Price for this course is only €200 so you are saving over 33% on normal prices

This is ideal if you plan to take part in the énergie 5k in Marlay Park on the 20th of May or any other road race in the coming months. Your progress is constantly monitored and changes and adaptations will be ongoing throughout your workout.
