This is going to be the challenge for March
My own challenge is 1000 miles (1609km) in January on the new spin bikes.
this is my view for the next month!
So far 170.3km done in 5 and a half hours.
As the gym was closed on New Years Day and I am over in England three days later in the month, I have a total of 27 days to complete my challenge. That’s an average of two hours per day for the rest of my days available if i keep to my 31kph average speed.
Tracker sheets will be up on the challenge page. These show your totals and averages as well as how much distance you have to cover each day for the five different levels. A calender planner is also included for days you know you are going to miss or that you plan to rest on
