January Challenge

An easy one to begin the year with!

Run, Cycle, Ski & Row your way through this challenge as you take on 1, 2, 3 and 4 km of the distance of each discipline in a different order each day.

The normal challenge only takes 4 days to complete but why not try to do it a few times an constantly beat your best times!

The file can be downloaded here to fill in on excel (also a printable version)

Anyone using the cross trainers in énergie fitness multiply your distance by 4 as the setting on it is extra slow clocking up!
